Withdrawal & Refund Policy

This policy explains your withdrawal and refund rights when purchasing the digital ebook from MM Marketing & IT Solution e.U.

The product sold on this website is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal expires if:

• you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content is provided.

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to confirm this.

If you confirm this and the ebook/download/access is made available to you, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

If you purchase the ebook as a pre-order and the ebook has not yet been made available to you, you may withdraw from the purchase within the statutory withdrawal period, unless another legal exception applies.

Once the ebook is made available to you after your express consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal expires.

Refunds are generally not provided once the ebook has been made available to you, unless required by law.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• duplicate purchase by mistake
• technical issue that prevents access and cannot reasonably be resolved
• incorrect charge
• other case where a refund is legally required

Order number / payment reference: [IF AVAILABLE]

If you validly withdraw from the contract before your withdrawal right has expired, we will refund the payment received from you according to applicable law.

Refunds will usually be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
