These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of the digital ebook offered on this website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Product

The product sold on this website is a digital ebook.

• Product format: PDF + ePub
• Language: Farsi (Persian)
• Delivery method: digital access and/or download after successful payment
• Shipping: no physical shipping, as this is a digital product

The ebook is provided for personal use only unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros.

• The regular price of the ebook is €36.99.
• During the pre-order period, the ebook is available with a 20% discount for €29.59.

The pre-order discount is valid until 12 July 2026, 12:00 PM CET. After this date, the price may increase to the regular price.

No VAT is charged due to the Austrian small business regulation (“Kleinunternehmerregelung”). VAT is therefore not shown separately.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe or another payment method offered on the website.

Stripe may process payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store full credit card details on our own servers.

For customers who cannot use Stripe, alternative payment options may be available by contacting Pegah via Telegram at @pegahmonadi. Alternative payment options are not guaranteed and may be subject to legal restrictions, sanctions rules, availability, and compliance checks.

6. Order Process

To purchase the ebook, you select the purchase option, enter the required payment and contact information, accept the required legal terms, and complete the payment.

Before completing the order, you are responsible for checking that your information is correct.

After successful payment, you will receive access to the ebook or further delivery instructions.

7. Delivery of Digital Content

The ebook will be delivered digitally.

Delivery may happen through a download link, email, customer portal, or another digital access method.

If the ebook is sold as a pre-order, access will be provided on or after the official launch date: 12 July 2026, 12:00 PM CET.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire if:

1. you expressly agree that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and
2. you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content is provided.

Before purchase, you will be asked to give this consent and acknowledgement.

If you give this consent and the ebook/download/access is made available to you, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Refunds

Because this is a digital product, refunds are generally not provided once access to the ebook has been made available, unless required by law.

If there is a technical issue with accessing the ebook, please contact us at manuel.messner@outlook.com. We will try to resolve the issue by providing a new access link, alternative delivery, or other reasonable support.

10. Licence and Copyright

The ebook and all related content are protected by copyright.

When you purchase the ebook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use.

You may not copy, resell, share, upload, distribute, publish, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit the ebook without prior written permission.

You may not make the ebook publicly available, including through file-sharing platforms, social media, private groups, cloud folders, or messaging apps.

Sending the ebook to others, re-using it, or re-publishing it in any form is not permitted without prior written permission.

11. No Guarantee of Results

The ebook is provided for educational and informational purposes.

We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, health, lifestyle, or other result from reading or applying the content.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

12. Availability and Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having a device, software, and internet connection suitable for accessing and reading the ebook.

We do not guarantee that the ebook will work on every device, app, operating system, or reader software.

13. Liability

We are liable only according to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, technical problems outside our control, or damages caused by improper use of the ebook.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
